The Role:
We are seeking a bright and personable individual to join our team as an Administrator. In this client-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our amazing clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will play a pivotal role in building rapport, creating positive client relationships, and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Client Champion: Greet clients upon arrival, offering a warm and professional welcome. Manage the reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
Communication Hub: Answer phones in a friendly and efficient manner, directing calls to the appropriate team member. Respond to client inquiries via email, whatsapp and phone, providing clear and concise information.
Administrative Powerhouse: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, scheduling appointments, debtor chasing and maintaining systems.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the accounting team, anticipating needs and proactively offering assistance.

Bonus Points:
Experience in an accountancy firm or similar client-facing role.
A basic understanding of accounting principles.
